SWEETGRASS APARTMENTS, ST. MARY'S - GEORGIA, USA
Sweetgrass Apartments is the first phase of a 150-acre mixed-use development. The development will ultimately include additional apartment homes, townhomes, single-family homes, and a retail town center. Sweetgrass Apartments consists of 312 Units distributed in a campus of 13 3-story walk-up garden-style apartments. Additional amenities include a clubhouse and leasing center, community pool and outdoor game areas, fitness center with yoga lounge, as well as a carwash facility.
