Meet Sean R. Palmer, AIA, NCARB, Vice President of the Davenport Consulting Group, bringing over 12 years of extensive expertise in project management, design development, construction documentation, and construction administration.
Sean's impressive career spans a diverse range of project types, showcasing his versatility. He has excelled in luxury single-family and multifamily residential projects, college housing, office buildings, K-12 and university education facilities, institutional structures, big-box retail centers, restaurants, physical therapy/rehabilitation centers, laboratories, mixed-use developments, and has contributed to the construction of hundreds of single-family homes.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Sean is deeply committed to giving back to his local community. His notable contributions include providing pro-bono architectural services for Flagler Habitat for Humanity, mentoring high school students through the Take Stock in Children program, and being an active member of the Rotary Club of Flagler County, where he served as President in 2018.
Sean holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Auburn University, awarded in 2009, and possesses more than nine years of hands-on experience in the field. His dedication and expertise make him an invaluable asset to the Davenport Consulting Group.
