EMBASSY SUITES BY HILTON™ - ORLANDO SUNSET WALK - ORLANDO FLORIDA, USA

Embassy Suites by HiltonTM Orlando Sunset Walk marks a significant return to the condo-hotel market for the Hilton family of companies after a dormant period of two decades. The thoughtfully designed Studios, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom suites epitomize elegance and were meticulously crafted to mirror the ambiance of an upscale hotel, influenced by coastal architectural style. Comprising five buildings with a total of 300 keys, owners have the privilege of staying for up to 30 days, with the remainder of the year operating as a standard Embassy Suites Hotel. The property boasts an array of amenities, including a themed hotel restaurant inspired by the Margaritaville brand, a fully equipped fitness center, a refreshing pool, and an inviting club lounge, creating an exceptional haven for guests and owners alike.

This expansion beautifully marries colorful coastal-style architecture with the comfort and convenience of contemporary vacation homes. Notably, this design-build project faced stringent timelines, but we eagerly embraced the challenge. We're delighted to share that not only did we meet these demanding timelines, but we also exceeded our client's expectations by delivering the project on time and within the allocated budget. An additional highlight of this endeavor was the hotel's uninterrupted operation throughout the construction phase, which presented unique design challenges. However, we successfully navigated these challenges, completing the project in less than a year, in 2023.

"Way back in 1971, a young John Lennon was lounging in one of the Hilton's hotels when he decided to do some brainstorming. He ended up writing the word “Imagine” on a piece of the hotel's stationery."
